Implementation

When a physician practice decides to outsource specific processes, the MiraMed team jumpstarts the process by launching its proprietary implementation methodology. During phase one, the MiraMed team meets with medical group staff members to get a deep understanding of overall objectives and the organization’s timeframe. The team specifically focuses on three key areas--requirements, technology and performance. During phase two, the MiraMed team partners with physician practice staff members to document best practices in these same areas. Phase three involves transforming this information into a formalized work plan, which delineates responsibilities among the project team. Finally, during stage four, responsibilities and delivery dates are then managed to ensure that the medical group’s business is optimally managed—and that bottom line results are realized.
